Built in 1995, the self-catering villa is a mere 8 mins walk away from the snorkeling haven beach of Troux-aux-Biche.

Having a separate entrance to each story, the villa is ideal to accommodate 2 families.
The fully furnished ground floor section boasts 3 double bedrooms (one includes en-suite), separate bathroom and toilet, airy lounge, 6 seater dining room, and large kitchen.
The upper floor is no less having the same facilities as the ground floor.
Both sections have an alarm installed and a lockable safe box to safely store your valuables for your peace of mind, although this exclusive area is very safe and quiet.
The TV channels include all Local Mauritian channels as well as a French channel and BBC 24 hour news.

Both sections are furnished in true Mauritian style for your ‘local experience’. Pine beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and side cabinets will make your stay comfortable.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, electric kettle, toaster, cofee machine, oven cooker, and microwave.
Other amenities include iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Fresh linen including bedsheets and towels are provided during your stay.
Guests are to bring their own beach towels.

Private and secure parking is provided, accommodating up to 5 cars.

The water is drinkable, although bottled water is found at low cost at the local supermarket.

In order for you to enjoy your holiday and leave your house work behind, there is a daily cleaning service available (4 to 5 times a week excluding weekends). Weekend cleaning services can be negotiated.

You will have your mind at ease to know that Azfa Villa is fully registered with the Authority of Mauritius. Since 1995, we’ve have many happy guests who do re-book the Villa when they visit again.

Some well known restaurants are within walking distance. Also in the vicinity, you will find the police station and post office.
The acclaimed Grand-Baie is only 3 miles away, where you will find the tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants.
